Carburetor Synchronizer universal Professional synchroniser IDF 40 Weber
A carb synchronisation tool is needed for every engine with more than one carburator, no matter if you have two single carbs or two dual carbs. Only with this tool you can get the carbs in synchronisation. Our carb synchronisation tool can be used only with stacks, not on a carb directly
Professional Carburettor Synchroniser for Downdraft Carburettors
For Peak Engine Performance: Synchronise Your Carburettors Like a Pro!
If your engine is fitted with side-mounted carburettors, precise synchronisation is essential. Your engine will only run smoothly and deliver full power when the carburettor adjustments on the left and right sides are exactly identical. With this premium synchroniser, you will achieve perfect calibration in no time.
How It Works:
- Place the synchroniser directly into the carburettor while the engine is running.
- The device instantly measures the generated vacuum.
- Are the readings uneven? Simply adjust the carburettors until both sides show the exact same value.
The Difference: Universal vs. Professional Model
Two types of synchronisers are available on the market – choose the perfect fit for your workshop:
- The Universal Model: Suitable for both downdraft and sidedraft carburettors. However, it can only be used on carburettors with a completely flat top surface (note: our engines exclusively use downdraft carburettors). You can find matching alternatives under the "Alternatives" tab.
- The Professional Version (Listed Here): This model is specifically engineered for downdraft carburettors. Instead of just sitting on top, this tester is inserted into the carburettor and pressed airtight. This makes the adjustment process significantly easier, more stable, and faster than with the universal model.

Maximum Flexibility Thanks to the Included Adapter Set
Does your carburettor have prominently protruding parts? While the universal model fails here without expensive special accessories, our professional version is ready to go. We ship the professional synchroniser with two adapters included, making it suitable for a very wide spectrum of vehicles.
- Need Special Sizes? Take a look at our "Options" tab. There you will find additional, model-specific adapters that you can easily order separately if required.

Pro Tip for Mechanics: Working with two synchronisers at the same time saves a lot of time, gives a better overview, and ensures an even more accurate measurement. We highly recommend ordering a pair!
