Germany :
You only pay shipping costs once, no matter how many items you order.
Free shipping within Germany for orders over 99 Euro.
Orders are shipped immediately after receipt of payment within the specified time frame.
After shipping, we will automatically send you the tracking number for your shipment.
For orders under 99 Euro, shipping costs are incurred depending on the weight.
For orders with a value over 99 Euro, we offer free shipping (excluding bulky goods and freight forwarding shipments).
Exception:
Freight forwarding (LTL) shipping: The shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the item. Front and rear windows can generally only be shipped for pickup or via freight forwarder at an additional cost. Shipping costs will be determined after the purchase based on your postal code.
International Freight Forwarding:
For international freight forwarding, shipping costs from the German border to your location will be invoiced separately after the order is placed. Our system only calculates freight costs up to the border. You can also inquire about bulky goods shipping costs by phone beforehand. Additional freight costs may apply abroad that would not apply domestically, as we have to work with different shipping companies internationally.
We ship with DHL and GLS, or larger parcels/bulky goods with Schenker.
It must be ensured that someone can accept the delivery during the day. If this is not the case or no one is met upon delivery attempt, we unfortunately have to charge for a second delivery attempt (30% of the freight costs), as this is also charged to us by the shipping company.
Shipping to Non-EU Countries - VAT (Value Added Tax):
We do not offer VAT refunds in the form of a tax return service. However, you can conveniently shop and order net (excluding German VAT) to your country. You may then have to pay tax on the goods in your home country (for example, Switzerland, USA, etc.).
Shipping Costs for Returns:
If you exercise your 14-day right of return and the value of the goods consequently falls below 99.00 Euro, we will retroactively charge the respective shipping costs of 6.90 Euro.
