In the classic VW Bug, the heater channel is a critical part of the car’s body strength and heating system. Running along the base of the door on each side, the heater channels carry warm air from the engine area up to the front cabin. Inside each one is a duct (on later models only) that directs the heat forward, while the outer shell provides support to the body and connects it to the floor pan.
That means when your heater channels are rusty, dented, or poorly made — your entire restoration suffers.

Our heater channels are designed from the ground up to be the best on the market, with no compromises. Here's why:

* ✅ Built Like a Tank – We use 1.1mm thick steel, stronger than the original factory panels. These aren't flimsy reproductions — they're built to last forever.
* ✅ Spot-On Accuracy – Every curve, flange, vent hole, and bracket is an exact match to the original, down to the smallest detail. Nothing generic. Nothing “universal.”
* ✅ Correct for Each Year – We reproduce the right version for every model from 1946 to 1967, including the correct heater outlet shape and placement, internal structure, and surface stamping.
* ✅ Internal Heat Tube Done Right – Where required, our channels include a precisely shaped internal duct, identical in form and thickness to the factory part. It’s not an empty box — it actually works like it should.
* ✅ Hundreds of Spot Welds – Just like the original, we use real spot welds — not tacks or MIG seams — for durability, strength, and a factory look.
* ✅ Perfectly Straight Every Time – Assembled in strong precision jigs, our channels arrive dead straight, unlike many aftermarket options that come warped or crooked.
* ✅ Hand-Finished with Care – We don't produce in careless bulk. Our method combines industrial tooling with careful artisanal inspection, for a perfect balance of scale and craftsmanship.

When you buy one of our heater channels, you’re not just replacing a part — you’re preserving the structure, safety, and authenticity of your car.
