The Front Spare Wheel Tray is an essential replacement part for restoring or repairing your classic Beetle. This precision die-stamped panel is crafted from 1mm sheet metal and made using a NOS (New Old Stock) as an example to ensure an exact fit to the original design.
The panel features the unique design of the late 1949-52 model with 2 long vertical and 1 short / 1 long horizontal stampings on the tray. This model also uses the early version of the lower reinforcements with the smaller hole in them. There are no holes for the brake fluid reservoir since it was mounted directly on top of the master cylinder.
We also offer a complete solution for your restoration being able to professionally stamp the body number (using the original type of numbers) that came with your car and also supply a period-correct ID plate stamped with your cars information.
Made from high-quality materials and featuring a precision die-stamped design. With an exact fit and long-lasting protection against rust and corrosion, this replacement panel is designed to meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
By using high-quality and period-correct sheet metal parts, you can retain the authenticity and value of your classic car while also ensuring its safety and longevity. So, whether you are a collector, a restorer, or a classic car enthusiast, it's crucial to invest in the best possible parts
