This panel is the first fully accurate reproduction of the early Volkswagen Beetle split-window outer skin ever manufactured as a single stamped piece. No weld seams, no handmade approximations, and no modified later panels.

It is produced exactly the way Volkswagen did it in period: in 1mm automotive-grade steel, pressed in a dedicated die to achieve the correct curvature, vent layout, lip radius, and overall geometry. Every contour has been referenced from original factory pieces to match a genuine early-production car.
