The inner skin is where most "split conversions" fail, because fabricators try to replicate complex stamped forms using welded sections and guesswork. This panel eliminates all of that. It is the world's first true one-piece stamped reproduction of the early Beetle split-window inner structure, produced in 1mm steel exactly like the originals.
