This 1949-53 Standard Beetle version features the long lower reinforcements only seen on the early versions, with no holes for the aluminum trim clips.

Made out of very strong 1.2mm sheet metal — thicker and more durable than any other reproduction — ensuring durability and long-lasting resistance to wear. They also feature the correct deep inner reinforcement stampings with the exact rounded shapes just like the originals along the full length, which is almost never the case with other reproductions.
