Running Board Reinforcements, Short - Split Beetle, up to 1949

Crafted with precision and expertise, these running board reinforcements are made from premium-grade 1.2mm metal, the shorter version used on all Beetles from 1939 until early 1949 in conjunction with the longer reinforcements.

Every detail has been carefully designed to maintain the original shape. Featuring a Left and Right side to follow the curve on your running board for a proper fit. Sold in pairs.

Note

Complete running boards reproducing every single detail of the originals, ready for paint and simply bolt in, are also available if you prefer not to weld these yourself. While inner reinforcements were originally only used on early Beetles up to 1953, they can be used on later car running boards as well since they make the part much stronger and more reliable.
