This is the closest you'll get to an original early-Beetle headlight bowl without cutting one out of a museum car. Stamped from 1.0 mm automotive-grade sheet steel, using proper deep-draw tooling to reproduce every contour, mounting hole, and reinforcement exactly as Volkswagen designed it.
